Larry Lucchino, the Boston Red Sox club president, refers to the New York Yankess as the 'evil empire,' a nickname that will stand for Boston Fans.  Lucchino is not happy after the New York Yankees sign Cuban defector Jose Contreeras to a four year $32 million deal.  The Sox has been actively courting the pitcher.
