The Philadelphia Phillies trade outfielder Dode Paskert, a seven-year veteran, to the Chicago Cubs for slugger Cy Williams. Williams will flourish in the Baker Bowl, and will hit 222 home runs for the Phillies over the next 13 years. Paskert will struggle in Chicago for three years.
