The Seattle Mariners sign catcher Josh Bard and pitcher Chad Cordero to minor league deals. 

Bard will stay in the minors until Seattle brings him back up on June 29, 2011.

Cordero will be called up to the Mariners on June 3, 2010, taking the spot of the retired Ken Griffey, Jr.On July 15, 2010 he will refused another minor league assignment from the Mariners and became a free agent
