Having losing Cliff Lee, the Texas Rangers sign Brandon Webb, another former Cy Young Award winner to beef up their starting rotation. Webb, who last pitched in April of 2009 before being moved to the disabled list with a shoulder injury is expected to be fit for spring training. However, he won't pitch at all in 2011.
