Cubs unlikely to pursue Pujols or Fielder

The Chicago Tribune makes a few points taken from Theo's press conference.  Most notably that the Cubs won't pursue Albert Pujols or Prince Fielder.  They also suggest that both Mike Quade and Terry Francona are both managerial options.

Another team off the market for the big first baseman.  For a year now we've been hearing that the Cubs would make a run at Pujols.  This is great news for the Cardinals.  Theo is going to focus on cheap run producers like he did at his start in Boston.
