Rob Biertempfel of the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review reports that the Pirates won't sign high-impact solutions in free-agency.  Biertempfel reports that the Pirates won't pick up the options on their pricey catchers, Doumit and Snyder, and believes that they will "sort through second- and third-tier free agents and might be caught in a scrum after the Pujols and Fielder deals are done." - pittsburghlive.com
