Teams heating up on Fielder before the Winter Meetings.

Jon Paul Morosi of Fox Sports reports that Scott Boris is selling Fielder hard.  Much like he did during Alex Rodriguez' free agency he has made a 70 page binder full of Fielder's accomplishments in an attempt to get Fielder a $200 million contract.

Morosi believes that there are more suitors for Fielder than Pujols, because of age, and Prince suitors aren't competing against his former employer.

The Cubs, Nationals, Rangers and Mariners are all strong after Fielder and the Marlins and Cardinals are the strongest after Pujols.

Ken Rosenthal of Fox Sports believes that the Nationals are high on Fielder, despite their opposing claim.  Rosenthal also reports that Cespedes is their plan B, with starting pitching also a priority.

Signing Fielder and Cespedes would solve a lot of the Nationals' offensive needs. Cespedes could play center, Fielder first, sliding Morse to the outfield until Bryce Harper comes up.

Morosi also believes that teams will look to the trade market for pitchers before the market sets for free agent pitchers. He also reports that "One source said the Angels and Orioles have discussed the possibility of a Guthrie trade in recent days."

With names like Jair Jurrjens, John Danks, Gavin Floyd, Matt Garza, Gio Gonzalez and Jeremy Guthrie out there, these could seem like a better option for a lot of teams as opposed to C.J. Wilson.
