Leslie Townes Hope

    * Died July 27, 2003 in Toluca Lake, CA USA

Comedian Bob Hope was part owner and on the Board of Directors of the Cleveland Indians for many years. Hope was outbid by Bob Short for the expansion Washington Senators in 1968.

Hope was a trustee of the Little League Foundation from 1971 until 1992.
