Howard Lincoln is the owner of the Seattle Mariners. Lincoln got his start as a lawyer for the Nintendo Corporation in 1981. He became Nintendo of America's Senior Vice President and General Counsel in 1983. He was elected chairman in 1994. It also worth noting Lincoln runs the team in the absentence of majority owner Hiroshi Yamauchi, (Yamauchi's shares were transferred to Nintendo of America in 2004).
