Just Missed the Cut: Melvin Mora ... Oh, how Earl Weaver would have loved to have had Mora on his bench. Weaver was the master at finding at-bats for players like Mora, who could play just about anywhere. Mora can play third, short, any of the outfield positions, and has filled in at second during his career. In 2004 he hit .340, swatted 27 homers, drove in 104, and scored 111 runs. He hits both lefties and righties with decent power.
