Ross Grimsley

After several seasons in the minor leagues, southpaw Ross Grimsley finally pitched in the big leagues for the Chicago White Sox in 1959 at the age of 29. He appeared in just seven games, all in relief, and never played in the majors again. His son, Ross II, was a pitcher for 11 seasons, winning 20 games for Montreal in 1978.
