Felix Hernandez

A much heralded pitching prospect, Felix Hernandez was caleld to the majors by Seattle in August of 2005 aa a 19-year old. He showed flashes of excellence, winning four games while fanning nearly a batter an inning in 12 starts. The Venezuelan right-hander won 12 games the following season and 14 in 2007, when he tossed a one-hit gem against the powerful Boston lineup.
