Javy Lopez
The Most Valuable Player of the 1996 National League Championship Series, Javy Lopez was a power-hitting catcher in the 1990s and early part of the 21st century. He played 12 seasons for the Atlanta Braves, eventually developing enough to hit 43 homers. He signed a lucrative free agent deal with the Baltimore Orioles and overcame injuries to put up good numbers into his mid-30s.
