Dennis Martinez
Dennis Martinez won more games than any other Latin American pitcher, and became a legend in his native Nicaragua. Despite having less than 100 wins by the time he was 30 years old, Martinez pitched for 23 seasons, winning 26 games after the age of forty. On July 28, 1991, he tossed the 13th perfect game in major league history. He retired with 245 victories, including more than 100 in each league.
